The Weeks Crushers jumped out to a 3 goal lead and managed to hold on for a 4-2 victory over the Bearcats. Maxime Grandmaison capped off the hattrick with an empty net goal in the 3rd period. The Crushers are in action this Saturday at home against the South Shore Lumberjacks!

The Weeks Major Midgets are in action twice this weekend, they play the Valley Wildcats on Saturday and the Halifax MacDonalds on Sunday.

The Nationals and Cardinals will battle in the NLCS as the Astros and Yankees tangle in the ALCS, winners from both series will play in the World Series.
