The Weeks Crushers dropped a tough one at home last night to the Yarmouth Mariners, 6-2 was the final score. Keenan Gillis and Andrew Burden with the lone goals for the Crushers.
They’re in Amherst on Saturday to take on the Ramblers.

NSMMHL:

The Weeks Major Midgets are playing the Cape Breton West Islanders this Saturday at the Wellness Centre, It’s toonie day so you can see the game for only $2.

Twilight:

The Canadians defeated the Rangers 3-1 in Leo Fahey Twilight Hockey action played this week at the Westville Miners Sports Center.
Juanita McKeigan, Rachael Mattison and Bethany Martin led the Canadians with a goal apiece .
Leslie long replied for the Rangers.

NBA:

The Raptors have won their 9th straight game, defeating the Cavs 115-109.

NHL:

Nashville defeated the Devils 6-5 in a shootout.
The Kings got the OT winner from Alex Iofallo to take down the Coyotes 3-2.
The Canadiens defeated the Sabres 3-1.
