MHL:

Last night the Crushers dropped a close game with the Bearcats 3-2. With the loss, the Weeks Jr A Crushers have fallen out of a playoff spot for the first time this year.

NSFMMHL:

The Northern Selects played twice this past weekend, on Saturday they beat the Station Six Fire 2-1.
On Sunday they defeated the East Hants Penguins 3-1.

Coal Bowl:

Northumberland finished second at the Coal Bowl, losing to Silverthorn 85-54 in the finals.

Bantam Memorial:

The AA Bantam Crushers are Golden!  They defeated the Dartmouth Whalers 1-0 to win the 36th annual AA Bantam Memorial!
The Bantam A Crushers had a great showing too, they lost to the TASA Ducks in the finals 2-1.

NSJHL:

The Pictou County Scotians lost to the Jr. Miners on Sunday 5-1.

NSMMHL:

The Weeks Major Midgets lost their first playoff game in OT 3-2 against Steel Subaru on Saturday but tied the Series with a huge 6-5 win on Sunday! Game 3 is next Saturday.

AUS:

The StFX X-Women defeated Mount Allison 4-3 in their final game on the season to finish the year with a 22-5-1 record.

QMJHL:

The Phoenix took down the Mooseheads 3-1.
The Sea Dogs scored a touchdown to defeat the Titan 7-5.
The Cape Breton Eagles downed Drummondville 6-4.
The Wildcats defeated Quebec 5-3.

NHL:

The Redwings upset the Bruins 3-1.
The Ducks beat the Sabres 3-2.
The Rangers defeated the Kings 4-1.
The Jets hammered Chicago 5-2.
The Avalanche buried the Wild 3-2.
