The StFX X-Women hockey team has defeated UPEI 3-2 to win the best of 3 series 2-0.
They Advance to the AUS Final against SMU.

NSMMHL:

The 2nd round of the playoffs is set. The Weeks Major Midgets will take on the South Shore Mustangs. They’ll play the first 2 games on the road but come back to the Wellness Centre for game 3 & 4 on March 7th & 8th.

NBA:

It was a heavyweight tilt but at the end the Milwaukee Bucks got the upper hand on the Toronto Raptors, defeating them 108-97.

Olympics:

A spokesman for the Japanese government on Wednesday said the International Olympic Committee and local organizers are going ahead as planned with the Tokyo Olympics despite the threat of the spreading coronavirus. The Olympics are set to open on July 24 with 11,000 athletes. The Paralympics open Aug. 25 with 4,400.

The Canucks got a game winner from Tyler Toffoli to beat the Canadiens 4-3 in OT.
The Leafs beat the Lightning 4-3.
The Rangers defeated the Islanders 4-3 in OT.
The Flyers took down the Sharks 4-2.
The Capitals grounded the Jets in a shootout 4-3.
The Stars stopped the Hurricanes 4-1.
The Devils beat the Red Wings 4-1.
The Blues hammered Chicago 6-5.
The Predators one-upped the Sens 3-2.
The Wild defeated the Blue Jackets 5-4.
The Panthers took a bite out of the Coyotes 2-1.
The Ducks got an OT goal from Sonny Milano to defeat the Oilers 4-3.
