In the Q, The Rouyn Noranda Huskies have taken a 2-1 series lead in the Presidents cup final with a big 5-2 win over the Mooseheads. Justin Bergeron and Joel Teasdale each with a pair for the Huskies.
Game 4 goes tonight in Halifax where the Huskies look to take a stranglehold of the series.

Last night in the majors,
Jon Berti hits his first career home run as the Marlins score 3 in the 9th to defeat the Cubs 6-5.
Thairo Estrada also knocked his first dinger, this one was a blowout though as the Yankees take down the Mariners 7-3.
The Red Sox drop another one, this time to the lowly Orioles, 4-1.
Martin Perez threw one incredible game for the Twins, he posts 0’s for his second straight start as the Twins blanked the Jays 8-0. Vlad Guerrero Jr. Went 0-3 with 2 SO’s.
NBA:
Hoops action last night,
The Bucks got another big win against the Celtics, 113-101. That win pushed the Celtics to the brink of elimination as the Bucks hold that series 3-1.
The Houston Rockets were in a grind last night and they came away the victors, tying their series with the Warriors 2-2 with a 112-108 win.
NHL:
The Boston Bruins have defeated the Columbus Blue Jackets in 6-games to move on to face the Carolina Hurricanes in the 2019 Eastern Conference Final! They won last night in Columbus 3-0. David Jrejci, Marcus Johansson and David Backes scored the goals for the B’s. Tukka Rask made 39 saves for the shutout.
The Colorado Avalanche pull off a nail biter at home to force a game 7 with the San Jose Sharks, they needed overtime but ended up winning 4-3. J.T Compher (2), Tyson Jost scored for the Avs, Gabriel Landeskog with the OT goal. Sharks goals came from Marc-Edouard Vlasic (2), Brent Burns. Phillip Grubauer made 19 saves in the win.
Game 7 tonight in St Louis, the Stars and Blues will tangle at 8 to see who will be the first team to advance to the Western Conference Final.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed undrafted forward Ilya Mikheyev to a one-year, entry level contract. Mikheyev had reservations about playing for
Mike Babcock, so the Maple Leafs had Pavel Datsyuk speak with him to help ease his concerns.
Ilya has 45 points in 62 games with Avangard Omsk of the KHL last year.
