Team Canada got the shutout win over the United States last night 3-0. Because of the win, Canada will face Switzerland in the Quarterfinals tomorrow and the United States will take on the Russians.
Memorial Cup:
Montreal Canadiens prospect, Nick Suzuki is continuing his record breaking year. He notched 2 goals as the Guelph Storm eliminated the Prince Albert Raiders with a 5-2 win.
The Halifax Mooseheads and the Rouyn Noranada Huskies play tonight, if the Mooseheads win, they’ll advance to the Memorial Cup Final.
NBA:
The Raptors have evened their series with the Milwaukee Bucks at 2-2. They won last night 120-102 in Toronto.
MLB:
The Blue Jays got their revenge on the Red Sox, winning 10-3. Rowdy Tellez knocked two dingers in the win.
NHL:
The St. Louis Blues are returning to the Stanley Cup Final and getting their rematch against the Boston Bruins! Back in 1970 Bobby Orr scored the most famous goal in NHL history known as the flight against the Blues in the Stanley Cup Final.
