NGMBA:

The New Glasgow Sullivan Fuels Bantam AA Baseball team traveled to Port Hawksbury on Saturday and came home with two wins in Nova Scotia Bluenose league action. In game one the Fuel defeated Strait 20-9.  In game two the Fuel Crew won 14-4 in 5 innings. New Glasgow travel to Truro on Friday night and to Amherst for a Saturday double header.

Last night in football, the Saskatchewan Roughriders  defeated the Argonauts 32-7.

Free Agent Frenzy is still going on but here are some big trades and signings.

Oilers signed Mike SMith, Marcus Granlund, Alex Chaisson and Tomas Jurco

Habs signed Riley Barber, Kith Kinkaid and send an offer sheet to Sebastian Aho.

Leafs signed Jason Spezza and make a big trade to Colorado which included Barrie becoming a leaf and Kadri donning the blue and silver.
