Quinn Hughes, Cale Makar and Dominik Kubalik have been named the 2020 Calder Memorial Trophy finalists. The Calder is awarded annually to the rookie of the year.

Head coaches Bruce Cassidy of the Boston Bruins, John Tortorella of the Columbus Blue Jackets and Alain Vigneault of the Philadelphia Flyers are the three finalists for the 2019-20 Jack Adams Award, the NHL announced Wednesday.

The NHL have told the Toronto Maple Leafs that they could no longer use referees and linesmen at their scrimmages as other teams across the NHL don’t have access to the same resources.
