The Crushers lost their second game in a row over the weekend. 5-3 for the Yarmouth Mariners.
Jaden Mason scored both goals for the Crushers. They’re back in action this Thursday at home against the Bearcats.

The Weeks Majors U18 lost to the Cape Breton West Islanders 3-0 on Saturday but picked up a 3-2 win on Sunday.

The Scotians lost 7-4 to the Strait Pirates last night.

NFL:

Drew Brees threw for 222 yards and four touchdowns, regaining the NFL career TD pass lead and lifting the New Orleans Saints into first place in the NFC South with a 38-3 rout of Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Steelers defeat the Cowboys 24-19 and remain undefeated.

The Bills defeated the Seahawks 44-34.

Monday night football will see the winless Jets take on the 2-5 Patriots.
