The driver of the transport truck, a 61-year-old New Brunswick man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene and is assisting in the investigation.

Nova Scotia Power is proposing a plan to have its ratepayers pay the bill of almost 25 million dollars in damage costs caused by post-tropical storm Fiona.
It is suggesting in documents that ratepayers begin paying starting in 2025 over a five year period, and this would include 1.7 million in interest.
The utility argues it should not have to cover the costs for the 2022 storm because they met the regulator’s definition of being “prudently incurred,” and the storm couldn’t have been predicted.
The utility has already said the storm cost it a total of 114 million in repairs to power lines and other damaged equipment.
