It says all visits have been suspended until the search is complete.
This is Day #2 of the Premiers’ meeting in downtown Halifax. After Day #1 yesterday, Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Andrew Furey says he hopes his province and Ottawa can settle their differences outside of the courtroom. His province plans to sue the government over the federal equalization program. Furey says the equalization formula isn’t being equally applied, and hopes upcoming talks with the federal government will allow both sides to avoid legal action. B-C Premier David Eby won’t confirm yet whether his province will join the lawsuit but calls the current situation “completely unacceptable.”
Nova Scotians will soon be able to get more information about X-ray results through the Your-Health-N-S app. The province says X-ray reports done yesterday (Monday) and onward will be available through the app 14 days later. This includes X-ray findings, comparison X-rays, patient history and summaries. This comes as the province expands upon what it says was a successful pilot and provincewide expansion of electronic health record access.
