Service Minister Colton LeBlanc says the new service will eliminate the need for a hearing and will make it simpler for both tenants and landlords to deal with a security deposit at the end of a tenancy. Landlords and tenants will have their own forms to use starting August 1st. The tailored forms will allow for a resolution without the need for a hearing.
