Baseball fans in Nova Scotia are feeling some relief this week. It was announced yesterday that the sport has been cleared for full competition starting tomorrow – with modifications and restrictions. Players, coaches and umpires will be expected to distance and many COVID-19 sanitary measures will be observed. The same guidelines apply to softball, which is also returning. Participants won’t be expected to wear masks, except for special circumstances like when a player needs medical attention.
