Lacombe Generals defenceman Giffen Nyren has been charged with one count of assault and one count of willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.Nyren has been accused of snatching a baby from his stroller before having it wrestled from him, stripping naked, jumping into Okanagan Lake and swimming away. He was quickly apprehended.
