Major League Baseball issued a 60-game schedule Tuesday night that will start July 23 or 24 in empty ballparks.
The announcement by MLB came while more players continue to test positive for the virus at least seven on the Philadelphia Phillies alone. If health situations deteriorate, all games could still be wiped out.

According to TSN Hockey Insider Pierre LeBrun, Dallas and Pittsburgh have been informed they are no longer in the running to be NHL hub cities, joining Columbus and Minneapolis/St. Paul as eliminated cities. Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Chicago as the six possibilities from the initial list of 10.
