Glasgow Square will be hosting a screening of “The Quiet Epidemic,” a documentary about Lyme Disease on June 15th at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.) After years of living with mysterious symptoms, a young girl from Brooklyn and a Duke University scientist are diagnosed with a disease said to not exist: Chronic Lyme disease. The Quiet Epidemic follows their search for answers, which lands them in the middle of a vicious medical debate. All proceeds will be donated to Nova Scotia Lyme Advocacy.
